Q. I forgot my password? I forgot my username?

To change or reset the password for your Student Account: 

1. Find your Username and Student ID Number. From the Find Username page, fill in one of the four options to receive an email with your username and student ID number.
2. Reset Forgotten Password. You must know your correct Username, Student ID Number, and the answer to your challenge question.
