Q. I had a problem submitting and completing a blackboard quiz. Can you reset it for me, please?

You will need to contact your instructor to reset your Blackboard quiz; we are not able to do it for you.

Keep in mind that the Blackboard Server is offline for System Maintenance from 6:00 - 7:00 AM CST every weekday so it is best to avoid taking Blackboard quizzes during those time periods.
