Q. How do I search for an anthropology article in a database called JSTOR?

From our library homepage choose Browse Databases by A-Z list.  From there, you can access the JSTOR database.

When accessing library databases off-campus you will be prompted to enter your Madison College email address and password. The password is the same that you use to log in to myMadisonCollege, Blackboard, and other college services. 

From the JSTOR screen, type keywords related to your topic and sift through the search results. You can also narrow down your results by discipline (such as anthropology) or by periodical title. For more help with library databases, please feel free to call the library at 608-246-6640.
