- Select your name in the top right corner in Brightspace
- Choose Notifications
- Brightspace provides notifications through your student email. At this time, this cannot be changed to personal email or another communication method.
- Select whether you'd like to receive a summary of activity for each of your courses and the desired frequency (Never, Daily, Weekly). You can also select which instant email course notifications you want to receive via student email from the list of actions. Note that "Announcements - new announcement available" is selected by default. We recommend leaving it checked to help you stay up to date on your course material.
- Set any appropriate preferences for Custom Notifications and choose any courses you'd like to exclude from your notification settings.
