If you are seeing the below error, it is because you have your default sign-in method set as passwordless through the Microsoft Authenticator app and the web form does not allow passwordless. While passwordless sign in is convenient and will work with many college applications, you still may need to log in with your password in limited situations. Turn off passwordless authentication on your account by logging into the Security Info page. Change the Default sign-in method on that page to another option that you have access to. You should then be able to access the form online by logging in with your Madison College email address and password.
