Q. When will I gain and lose access to specific software needed for my class in the virtual desktop environment?

Software that you are entitled to in the virtual desktop environment is tied to course enrollment. So, specific courses may require certain software that only students in those courses would have access to. Generally, you will gain access to any specific software in the virtual desktop environment 14 days before the class begins and lose access 30 days after the class ends.
