Please make sure that you are selecting the app called Microsoft Authenticator in the Google Play or Apple App Store. It is an app published by the Microsoft Corporation. This is a free app to use.

Please be aware that copycat apps exist and may charge a fee. We suggest using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

  1. I was required to download the Microsoft Authenticator and I was charged $59.99. My understanding is that the genuine authenticator is free. I would like a refund of my money - this is a scam and traps elderly people. Very concerned and upset Tony Hardwick
