If you are seeing the below error that you are unable to reset your own password please give us a call at 608.243.4444 during library open hours and we can assist with resetting your password and adding verification methods so you can use Self-Service Password Reset in the future.
If this is occurring outside library open hours, you can try to reset through our old password reset system. Please note that system is being phased out:
- Find Username and ID number - Enter info on 1 of the 4 options to email yourself your username and ID number
- Reset Password - Must know your username and ID number to reset your password
