There are a couple reasons you may be seeing this error:

  • Recent Account Activation - If you've just activated your account, it can take anywhere from ~20 minutes - 1 hour for all of our systems to sync. Please give it some time before you try to log in again. Verify you are entering your username followed by You will not be able to log in to College systems with your personal email address.
  • Application Privileges - It is possible that you should not have access to the application you are trying to access. For instance, students do not have WebEx accounts and should join through the link provided by the instructor, which will not require login.
