  • Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and select your Madison College account. This will generate a six-digit temporary passcode. The code is time-based and valid for 30 seconds.
  • When prompted upon login, select ‘I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now.’

  Approve sign in request

  • Then, choose ‘Use a verification code from my mobile app.’

verify your identity

  • Enter the six-digit code provided on your device to complete the authentication process while abroad.
