Make sure you allowed the Microsoft Authenticator app access to your camera. If you need to adjust this, navigate to your phone settings and choose apps. Locate the Authenticator app and adjust your camera permissions accordingly.
Another option is to choose Can’t scan image? below the QR code to manually enter a code and URL instead.
