If you previously had MFA registered on a different device, directions to transfer MFA to your new phone will vary depending on how many and which methods you previously registered. Follow the below to attempt setup on your new phone. If you get in a loop and are unable to complete this, give us a call at 608.243.4444 during library open hours.

  1. From https://aka.ms/proofup enter your College email address and choose Next.
  2. You will be routed to the College login page. Enter your College credentials.
  3. You will be prompted to approve the sign-in via the default method you chose previously.
    1. If you have access to that method (for example, you maintain the same phone number on your new phone), approve the request and proceed with adding, changing, deleting methods under Security Info.
    2. If you do not have access to that method, choose the link to indicate you do not have access to that method and check if you have access to another existing method. If so, approve the request and proceed with adding, changing, deleting methods under Security Info.
