For students enrolled in summer or fall 2020, borrowed digital devices (laptops or hotspots) were renewed until August 31. You will receive follow-up communication about updating or trading in your device soon.

If you are not continuing your studies, have other equipment, or want to return your device(s), we have extended the return date to July 31. If your device is not returned, we will charge your student account a replacement fee.

**If you received specific information from your program, please follow those instructions.

Students can return digital devices to the Truax Campus or regional campuses during July.

Returning to Truax: 

  • Students should return their digital device(s) (and accessories like charging cables) to the Wright Street shuttle dropoff entrance (near the library book drop).
  • Drop off devices and accessories on the cart provided along with a note with your name and student ID number
  • Move away from the entrance
  • A staff person will bring the cart with your digital device into the building
  • You’re all set!

Truax Return Dates: 

  • July 7: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 9: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 14: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 16: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 21: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 23: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 28: noon – 5 p.m.
  • July 30: noon – 5 p.m.

 

Returning to Goodman South Campus: 

  • Students should drive up with their digital device(s) (and any peripherals – like charging cables) to the loading dock 
  • Drop off the digital device on the cart provided along with a note with your name and student ID number 
  • Move away from the entrance 
  • A staff person will bring the cart with your digital device into the building 
  • You’re all set!
