If you are not seeing any emails in your inbox, here's what to check:

Send yourself an email. Make sure to use your correct email address which is your username@madisoncollege.edu Does it show up in your Inbox? 

If not, look in the Deleted Items folder and other folders. Try searching for the email you sent or other emails you should have received. 

Check your Rules. Sometimes rules get set up accidentally and we've seen rules set to send everything to the Deleted Items folder, sometimes due to a spam or phishing attempt.

Delete the Rule and you'll be able to get emails directed to your Inbox again. 

Move emails you want to keep back to your inbox.
