Q. Even though I'm not a current student, I still use my college email but I haven't been able to log in lately. Can you help me because I have important emails I need to access.

If you are not a current student, you should probably think about transitioning to a personal email account soon. For right now, let’s work on getting you connected: 

1. Find your Username and Student ID Number. From the Find Username page, fill in one of the four options to receive an email with your username and student ID number.
2. Reset Forgotten Password. You must know your correct Username, Student ID Number, and the answer to your challenge question.
