Many accounts for students who haven't taken classes for a while were reset by Technology Services department recently (May 2019), so you may just need to update the password for your student account. 

If you are not a current student, you should probably think about transitioning to a personal email account soon. For right now, let’s work on getting you connected: 

First, check your correct username and Student ID number, then use that information to reset your password. Here's how:

from myMadisonCollege login screen, select Find Username.

must know your correct Username, Student ID Number, and answer to challenge question.
