Q. Why am I getting a Privacy Agreement notification for Blackboard?

Blackboard had some updates on December 14, 2018. When you login, you may now see a Privacy Agreement notification. Accept the agreement and you'll be able to access Blackboard.

This type of notification is similar to what you see on many other websites recently due to new regulations. 

On a personal computer, you should only need to accept the agreement once. On a shared or public computer, you may receive the notification every time.
