Q. I can't scroll down my Blackboard grades because the scrollbar is missing. How do I get it back?

Here are 3 things to try if your scrollbar is missing in myGrades in Blackboard:

1. Resize your browser window so it is not full screen

2. Zoom out or zoom in. Tip: Zoom out by pressing CRTL + - on a PC or Command + 0 on a MAC

3. Change your MAC preferences to always show scroll bars 

• In System Preferences, select General and set Show Scroll Bars to Always 

You should then be able to scroll down and see all your grades. Let us know if you have further questions.
