Q. How do I use MFA / Multi-Factor Authentication?

For improved security, to access your Madison College virtual desktop from off-campus, you need to complete a second factor of authentication.

You have three options:

• SMS text message - receive a text message with a 6 digit code
• Microsoft Authenticator app - get push notifications on your mobile phone
• Phone Call - receive a phone call that will prompt you to press pound (#)
