Q. Why do I get a "logging off a previous session" message when trying to log in to a virtual desktop?

If you get a logging off a previous session message that doesn't go away after 10 minutes or so, let us know and we'll get that fixed asap. This may happen if a session wasn't logged off and disconnected completely for some reason.
