Q. Why don't I see the apps I want to use on the virtual desktop?

You will automatically get access to software and apps on your student virtual desktop based on the courses you are enrolled in.

Instructors request apps or software that their students will need to use for their courses. Some software is limited by licensing agreements or there may be other reasons why you are not seeing a particular app.

Let us know if you have questions and we can check further. We may be able to help you get access to the apps you want to use - even if your instructor did not request that app for your course yet.
