Q. How do I take a screenshot?

You may be asked to include a screenshot as part of an assignment or when troubleshooting problems with help desk support. 

To take a screenshot - basically a picture of what you see on your screen:

• MAC - use the Grab tool
• Windows - use the Snip tool
• iOS - Use the Top/Side and Home or Volume Up buttons. 
• Android - On most Android devices, you can use the Volume Down and the Power buttons together. Check your device instructions for other options.
