If you  get an error when logging in, here's some things to check:

  • Verify you are entering your entire Madison College email address. That will be your username followed by
  • Reset your password - even if you know your password. You must know your ID number and username to use the password reset. Look it up if you are unsure.
  • Clear your browser history and cache.
  • Try another browser that you haven't used before to log in.
  • Use the links on our college and library webpages, rather than saved bookmarks.
