Q. I can't login to email, Blackboard and/or myMadisonCollege? I get an error message.

If you  get an error when logging in, here are some general things to check or try:

• Verify you are entering your entire Madison College email address. That will be your username followed by @madisoncollege.edu
• Reset your password - even if you know your password. You must enter your username followed by @madisoncollege.edu to use the password reset. Look it up if you are unsure.
• Clear your browser history and cache.
• Try another browser that you haven't used before to log in.
• Use the links on our college and library webpages, rather than saved bookmarks.
