You will need to use a supported browser and allow permissions for your microphone and camera to work with Collaborate. There are audio and video setup tools in Collaborate that usually help you through this process.
If you are on campus, you can also book a library multimedia group study room to participate in a session and use library equipment. Let us know if you have questions.
January 2017: When using campus VDI (cloud) computers and Chrome some users have had problems with the audio setup on Blackboard Collaborate. You may get a "looks like you're having trouble..." error even after going through the setup successfully. We recommend using Firefox until Technology Services fixes this issue.
