Q. I get a username error when trying to reset my password - "username is not valid or is not eligible..."

PWM self-service errors: If you are trying to reset your password and get an error "PWM 5006 The username is not valid or is not eligible to use this feature", here's what to check:

First, remember your username is the first part of your email before the @ sign. Do not use your full email address when entering your username to change your password. Do not add the @madisoncollege.edu. 

Next, check your username by filling out the Find Username form to have it emailed to your personal email address on file.
