Thank you for your question. Two places that we were able to find articles on this topic were our database called Health Reference Center-Academic (Gale) and Google Scholar.
You can get to Health Reference Center-Academic (Gale) from our database list located here: http://libguides.madisoncollege.edu/FindArticles I would suggest using the search terms Mexico and healthcare. After searching I checked the box next to full text so that only articles that we have access to show up. You can look over the results that show up. We found two that looked like promising possibilities called The democratization of health in Mexico: financial innovations for universal coverage and Strengthening preventive care programs: a permanent challenge for healthcare systems; lessons from PREVENIMSS Mexico. You can search on those titles if they sound interesting to you. To pull up the full article, click on the title then on the right side you'll see a link that says something like "View PDF pages." Click on that and it'll take you to the full article.
Another place we were able to find promising articles was in Google scholar http://scholar.google.com Again, I'd suggest trying Mexico and healthcare as keywords.
