Students that set up their Madison College account prior to July 2016, and who have not reset their password since July 2016, may need to sync their account before being able to log in to either the Tutor Trac website or the bookstore's website the first time. You may receive an Access Denied message, meaning your account is not synced.
To sync their account, students may choose either to reset their password, or they may contact the Student Achievement Center or Madison College Bookstore for assistance in syncing their account without having to change their password.
