If you cannot locate an email you believe you should have received in your student email, here are a few things to check:
- Send yourself a test email and make sure you receive it.
- Does the sender have your correct email address? (@madisoncollege.edu)
- Was it automatically sent to your spam or junk mail folder?
- Was it automatically sent to your Clutter folder?
